Important Note on License Terms
Enterprise Architect
Enterprise Architect licenses are perpetual. Your license key does not expire, but your registered-user subscription (maintenance) does.
Pro Cloud Server & Prolaborate
Pro Cloud Server and Prolaborate are term-based. If the license term expires and is not renewed, the product will not remain enabled for continued use.

How Do I Renew My Subscription?
Enterprise Architect License Renewal
When your initial 12-month maintenance contract expires, you will no longer have access to the latest updates, builds, and registered user resources. However, you can still continue using Enterprise Architect without restrictions.
To regain access to the latest builds and ongoing support, you'll need to renew your maintenance contract. By extending your contract, you will receive 12 more months of access to the registered user area on our website.
The renewal fee is determined by the number of licenses purchased, and your access data can be checked online using your user ID.
You will receive a reminder email at the start of the month when your maintenance is about to expire. Please ensure your contact information, particularly your email address, is correct.
Pro Cloud Server & Prolaborate License Renewal
When your Pro Cloud Server or Prolaborate term is close to expiry, you'll receive a renewal notification. Email us with the following details:
- The product you want to renew (Enterprise Architect / Pro Cloud Server / Prolaborate)
- The edition (where applicable)
- The quantity you want to renew (licenses, users, or server subscription)
